Ticket Types

Shanghai Disneyland tickets are date-specific, meaning you can only enter the park on the date you selected at the time of purchase.

Standard One-Day Ticket Pricing

The park uses a four-tier pricing system , which varies by season and date demand:
  • Regular Days
  • Special Regular Days
  • Peak Days
  • Special Peak Days
Promotional tickets may also be released around major holidays and festivals with specific usage restrictions.
As of June 2023, ticket prices are:
  1. Regular Days – ¥475: Most weekdays and select weekends
  2. Special Regular Days – ¥599: Select weekends and weekdays
  3. Peak Days – ¥719: Most summer dates, certain weekends, and holidays
  4. Special Peak Days – ¥799: Major public holidays, special events, and certain summer days

New Six-Tier Ticket Structure Starting November 24, 2024

Beginning November 24, 2024, Shanghai Disneyland will adopt a six-tier pricing system. While the base and highest prices remain unchanged (¥475 and ¥799), two new mid-level prices will be added: ¥539 and ¥659. The new ticket pricing levels will be:
  • ¥475
  • ¥539
  • ¥599
  • ¥659
  • ¥719
  • ¥799
Each day’s ticket price will be set based on expected attendance, and guests can continue using the 30-day rolling pricing calendar to plan ahead.

Discounted Tickets for Children, Seniors, and Guests with Disabilities

Approximately 25% off the standard ticket price is available for:
  • Children : Aged 3–11 or 1.0m–1.4m tall
  • Seniors : Age 65 and above
  • Guests with disabilities : Valid disability certificate required

Free Admission

  • Children under age 3 or under 1.0m in height can enter free of charge.

Security Check and Entry Process

Security Screening

All guests must go through security screening before entering the park.
Allowed Items :
  • Food and beverages for personal consumption (no heating, refrigeration, or strong smells)
Prohibited Items Include :
  • Flammable/explosive items, imitation weapons
  • Alcoholic drinks, glass containers
  • Luggage larger than 56cm × 36cm × 23cm
  • Selfie sticks, roller skate equipment
  • Professional-grade photography tools
  • Animals (except guide dogs)
  • Strollers, scooters, and other wheeled devices

Fast Entry

After security screening, guests can enter directly through the main turnstiles by scanning the original ID used for ticket purchase. A printed park ticket will be issued, valid for the selected date.
📌 Note: All guests on the same booking must enter the park together.

Re-entry Policy

If you need to temporarily leave the park and return on the same day, simply keep your valid ticket and present it along with your ID to re-enter later.
