Plan at a glance

Actual location and entry

Although “Hangzhou” appears in the attraction's name, the park is at No. 1 Tianshi Avenue in Anji County, Huzhou. The main entrance and visitor centre are on one side of the park, and drivers can follow the park's parking signs. From Anji Station, a taxi is usually more direct than travelling from Huzhou Station.

Allow half a day to a full day, depending on the children's ages, queues and whether you attend performances. Daytime opening usually begins in the morning, while summer or holiday dates may have a night session. Opening hours, night admission and entry procedures follow the park's arrangements that day.

Tickets and activity scope

Tickets may differ by adult or child, date and session. Children's height and age limits, as well as each facility's restrictions, may also differ. Basic admission does not necessarily include every ride, meal, souvenir or special activity, so check the ticket type and scope before buying.

Parades, character meetings, stage shows, the Ferris wheel, water attractions and other facilities may be affected by weather, maintenance, crowds and the day's schedule. Leave flexibility rather than building the whole day around one show.

Choose your visit

Character spaces and family activities

The park suits families who enjoy Sanrio characters, themed buildings and gentler rides. Hello Kitty House, themed streets, spinning rides and the Ferris wheel each have different age and height requirements, so choose the route around the activities your children can actually use.

The main experience is the themed environment and family activities, not high-intensity thrills. For younger children, strollers, rest areas and shade are more useful than trying to complete every ride.

Parades, shows and the night session

Plan parades, stage performances and character activities from the day's programme. Weather and equipment may change the schedule. If a night session is offered, its lighting and parade times change the park's rhythm, but night sessions do not run every day and a particular character appearance cannot be guaranteed.

Visitors interested in themed architecture can focus on the castle, plazas and indoor scenes. Photos depend on queues, crowds and weather, so leave time for shows and breaks, which works better for families.

Build your day

Half-day route: about 3–4 hours

After entering, pick up the map and programme, then go first to the popular activities you most want to use before following the park route through the themed spaces. With limited time, choose the Ferris wheel, Hello Kitty House, one gentler ride and one show that is still scheduled that day, then leave through the main entrance.

If a queue is too long, move to a nearby indoor or lower-wait activity and check the queue again later. Do not miss other confirmed activities just to wait for one ride, and leave time for children to eat and rest.

Full-day route: rides and shows

On a first visit, start in themed areas such as Music Village and Elf Forest in the morning, take a break around midday, then continue to Hello Kitty Courtyard, Angel Theatre and other rides suitable for the children's heights. Water attractions such as Happy Harbour require extra thought about clothes, rain protection and whether they are open.

Decide about the Ferris wheel, parade or night session in the evening based on the programme and the children's energy. In rain, strong wind or a facility closure, switch to indoor themed spaces and an earlier departure instead of making the night session the only way to finish the day.

Route with young children

With a stroller or young children, locate toilets, rest areas, food and meeting points first, then choose activities with shorter continuous walks. Height, age and health requirements follow the signs at each attraction entrance; adult supervision cannot replace the facility's own restrictions.

The park includes slopes and outdoor sections. Reduce consecutive queues during hot afternoons. After a water activity, allow time to change clothes or rest rather than continuing a long walk in wet clothing.

Get there

High-speed rail and taxi

From Anji Station, take a taxi to the park; the ride takes about 30 minutes. Huzhou Station is farther away and is not the preferred drop-off point. Driving from Hangzhou or Shanghai is convenient; search for the park's main entrance or parking area.

The main entrance, parking area and hotel shuttle may use different drop-off points. On a first visit, confirm the visitor centre and entrance, then let companions get out there rather than stopping temporarily in busy traffic.

Moving inside the park

The park is large and requires walking between activities, with slopes on some sections. A stroller and comfortable shoes are more useful than carrying many personal items. On holidays, agree on meeting points in advance when crowds are heavy.

Know before you go

Changing activities and weather

Opening hours, night sessions, parades, character activities, stage shows and outdoor facilities may all change. Rain may pause outdoor rides, and a parade may be cancelled, so keep indoor activities and an early-exit plan available.

Shade may be limited in hot weather. Bring water, sun protection and a light rain layer. If the weather worsens, do not wait outside for an uncertain activity; move first to an indoor space that remains open.

Height, age and health restrictions

Each ride may have different height, age, weight or health requirements, especially the Ferris wheel cabins, water attractions and spinning rides. Read the sign at the entrance to each activity; the requirements for one ride do not define another.

Young children, pregnant visitors, people with cardiovascular conditions and those prone to motion sickness should decide with their companions based on the activity information. If staff ask you to stop or leave, follow the on-site arrangement.

Food, queues and the return

Food and souvenirs inside are extra purchases. Families can bring a small amount of water and low-odour snacks, subject to the park's rules on what may be carried in. Popular rides may involve long waits on weekends and holidays, so check the map and programme before setting the order.

Before returning, confirm the parking area, taxi pick-up point and night-session end time. With children, leaving before all activities end together is often the easiest way to find a pick-up point.
