A Tang-style themed park
Beilv Tianyuan · Heifengguan Ancient Town brings together Tang-style streets and towers, interactive performances, and amusement rides. You can combine daytime activities with the park’s illuminated night scenes. It is a themed attraction; its streets, interactions with costumed characters (NPCs), and staged performances are all part of the experience.
Ticket types and opening hours
Check what your ticket includes for admission, rides, evening activities, and accommodation; inclusions vary by product and date. A Panjin Culture and Tourism guide posted on August 4, 2026 listed these reference hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30–22:00; Saturday and Sunday, 09:00–22:00. Last entry was 20:30, and rides operated from 09:30 to 20:30. Holiday events and other dates may differ, so check the schedule for your visit.

Choose your visit
Streets and waterside night views
The main photo areas include the Heifengguan tower (黑风关城楼), Tang-style streets (唐风街巷), the Lantern Corridor (灯笼长廊), and Qian Deng Bridge (千灯桥). A traditional covered boat (乌篷船, wupeng chuan) offers a view from the water. Explore the street scenes by day, then return to the waterfront after the lights come on. If the tower viewpoint is open, you may be able to look down over the streets and waterways; follow on-site directions for access.
Stage shows and the iron-flower performance
The park hosts staged performances, parades, and folk-art shows, with additional themed programs possible during festivals. The traditional da tiehua (打铁花) show—an iron-sparks performance—is one of the park’s signature nighttime acts, but it is not guaranteed every day. Check the day’s program and arrange your visit around the performances scheduled for that date.
Interactive activities and rides
NPC interactions, Datang Happy Valley (大唐欢乐谷), and costume experiences suit families and visitors who enjoy taking part in activities. Rides, costume rental, and styling may cost extra; check each attraction’s posted height and age limits. The park offers hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) rentals and hairstyling services. Choose an outfit and styling package based on the shop’s current price list. For popular shows, arriving 20–30 minutes early can help you find a place to watch. Festival crowds may affect queues and views.
Build your day
From afternoon activities to evening shows
If night views and performances are your priority, arrive in the afternoon. Start with Datang Happy Valley and other powered rides, the covered boat, and NPC interactions, then explore the Tang-style streets. In the August 2026 reference schedule, rides ran until 20:30. Photograph the Lantern Corridor and Qian Deng Bridge around dusk, then watch the stage or folk-art performances scheduled for that night. Since da tiehua is not guaranteed daily, use the day’s program to set your order.
Getting back after the evening program
Before entering, check whether the last bus connects with the end time of the evening show. If it does not, arrange a pickup or taxi in advance.
Staying overnight
Staying at an on-site Tang-style guesthouse gives you time to explore the themed streets, enjoy rides and night views, or watch evening shows before continuing your visit the next morning. When booking, check whether the package includes admission, rides, hot springs, or performances. If you’re staying overnight, check whether it also includes admission for the following day; otherwise, plan your second day’s entry separately.

Know before you go
Check the program for your date
Actor interactions and performances vary by date, and festivals may add special shows. Check the day’s program before choosing which performances to see.
Plan other Panjin visits on separate days
Red Beach National Scenic Corridor is a separate wetland visit, while Jinbo Beach Ocean Park is a beach-and-photo outing. Plan each transfer separately, and leave the beach sunset for another day rather than trying to combine it with this park’s evening shows.
Check guesthouse packages item by item
The park has Tang-style guesthouses. Check the package terms item by item; an overnight stay does not automatically include admission, rides, hot springs, performances, or next-day entry.
Food on the market street
The market street serves local snacks such as Chinese-style wraps, river crab and tofu dishes, and kao leng mian (pan-fried noodle sheets), a popular northeastern Chinese street food. Stall offerings and hours may vary, so plan your meal around the evening shows.
Walking, photos, and family activities
Most visits involve walking. If you plan to explore the streets, ride area, and evening shows, wear comfortable shoes and allow time for queues and changing into costumes. For children, check each activity’s posted height, age, and supervision requirements.
