This is easier and more compact than the Chinese Academy botanical garden. Choose it for a relaxed city-side tropical walk.
Tip:It is not the most serious plant-science stop in Xishuangbanna.

Most photo areas are easier to use on foot. The cart is useful for older travelers or visitors who want a quicker overview.
Tip:Do not buy the cart only because someone says walking takes all day.

Prioritize the main photo zones
Use the palm and sand area, bougainvillea areas, fruit displays, and rubber demonstration zone before the light gets harsh.
Tip:Late afternoon usually photographs better than midday.

The garden is pleasant and convenient, but it is smaller and less varied than the major botanical garden near Menglun.
Tip:Choose based on time, not only ticket price.
