Prioritize Baodingshan if this is your first visit
Baodingshan is the largest and most complete core area for a first-time traveler. It gives the clearest introduction to Dazu's scale, narrative carvings, and religious art.

Beishan is quieter and more refined, but it requires extra transport and energy. Add it after Baodingshan, not before.
