Plan at a glance
Venue and location
The Silk Road Cultural and Art Exchange Center (丝绸之路国际艺术交流中心) is at 263 Heping Road in Guangyang District, Langfang. It is also listed on some travel platforms as the Silk Road International Arts Center. It is a large cultural complex with theatres, a concert hall, arts spaces, and public-event areas. The size of the venue does not mean that every area is open to general visitors each day.
Entry and access
Performances, events, and visitor access areas change with the day’s programme. If you are attending a performance, use the entrance, arrival time, and audience instructions on your ticket. If you are visiting mainly for the architecture or public spaces, first check whether they are open that day and which areas visitors may enter.

Choose your visit
Theatres and concert hall
The Center has four theatres, one concert hall, exhibition halls, and multipurpose arts spaces. Plan your visit around the current theatre performance, concert, or public arts event. Programmes, performance lengths, entrances, and seating arrangements vary by event, so confirm the venue name and date before booking.
Architecture and public spaces
The building takes its design idea from “flowing clouds.” The theatre group, arts spaces, and public-event areas form one large complex. If access is allowed that day, you can see Silk Road Plaza and the public areas that are open. Closed theatres and galleries are not part of a general walking route.
The Ennova Art Museum
The Ennova Art Museum is west of the Silk Road Cultural and Art Exchange Center, within the same architectural complex, and has its own exhibition information and ticket arrangements. Check the museum’s current listings for projects such as Song Dong’s *A Moment* (《一刻》) and the family project *Story Sea* (《故事海》). Do not assume that access to the Arts Center’s public areas, or a ticket to an Arts Center event, includes admission to the museum.
Choosing a visit
If you are coming for a performance, choose the event first and plan your arrival around the time shown on the ticket. If you are interested in the architecture or public cultural spaces, check which areas are open that day. To visit the Ennova Art Museum as well, check its current exhibitions, entrance, and ticket arrangements separately, and allow time to travel between the two areas.
For a separate theatre and garden visit in central Langfang, see Unique Dream of Red Mansion.
Build your day
Plan around a performance
If you have a ticket for a theatre, concert hall, or another event, arrive at the venue entrance and time printed on the ticket. Follow that day’s instructions for ticket checks, security screening, and entry. You may spend time in public areas that are open before or after the performance; event spaces are not necessarily open to visitors outside event times.
Visit the public spaces
If you are mainly visiting the architecture and public spaces, enter through an open entrance and see Silk Road Plaza and the areas open that day. If you also have a theatre, concert, or event ticket, plan your arrival around that event. Theatres and event spaces are not automatically open for general visits when no performance is scheduled; follow the day’s access signs once inside.
Get there
High-speed rail and taxi
The high-speed train from Beijing South Railway Station to Langfang Station takes about 21 minutes as a guide; check fares and services for your travel date. From Langfang Station, take a taxi to the Arts Center. Travel time depends on traffic, and the drop-off point may not be the same as the entrance for your event, so check the ticket and map before setting off.
Driving and parking
Search for “Silk Road Cultural and Art Exchange Center” in your map app. Follow event-day signs to an available parking area. Driving from central Beijing takes about an hour as a guide, but the journey varies with your starting point and traffic. Check on-site signs for the parking entrance, open areas, and fees; the museum’s parking information may not describe arrangements for an Arts Center event.
Public transport and return travel
If travelling by bus or ride-hailing car, check the live route and map pin on the day, including where to get off, the walking route, and the last service. Crowds and taxi waits may increase after a large event. Leave time to exit the venue and connect to a train or intercity service.
Know before you go
Performances, events, and entry
Performances, events, and visitor access areas change by project. Before setting out, check the current programme, ticket page, and venue notice for the venue name, exact entrance, start time, ticket-check requirements, ticket benefits, and travel after the event. Opening arrangements at a different venue or for a past event do not establish access for your visit date.
Visiting the museum
The Ennova Art Museum is west of the Silk Road Cultural and Art Exchange Center, within the same architectural complex, and has its own exhibition information and ticket arrangements. Follow the museum’s listings and entry rules for the day; do not assume that access to the Arts Center’s public areas, or a ticket to an Arts Center event, includes admission to the museum’s exhibitions. If visiting both on the same day, check the entrances and connection between them.
Rest and nearby places
Restaurants, cafés, and rest areas inside the Center may or may not be open; check the day’s arrangements. Shuiyunjian Cultural Street, Langfang Museum, and Longfu Temple are separate nearby places, each with its own entrance, opening hours, and transport arrangements. Before combining stops, check whether each is open and how to travel between them; their tickets and services are not part of the Arts Center.
