No metro. Use the scenic sightseeing bus, west-line pier, taxi, or e-bike from Puzhehei Village or Xianrendong Village.

Decide how deep you want to go
Use free boardwalks and lakeside areas for a light visit. Choose the west-line bamboo raft if you want to move deeper through wetland scenery.
Tip:The paid route saves walking and gives closer water views.

Use the sightseeing bus if included
Official boat products can include same-day loop sightseeing-bus access. Use it to connect piers and exits rather than walking long exposed sections.

Time it around light and heat
Morning is easier in hot weather. Late afternoon is better for photos if you are close enough to finish before services end.
Tip:Summer sun over the wetland is strong.

Choose the season for your goal
Pick summer for lotus, winter for birds, and shoulder seasons for fewer people. The same route can feel very different by month.
Tip:Do not judge the wetland only by one season's photos.
