How to Visit
1

Visit it early from Lidui Park

Fulong Temple sits near the lower entrance and works best before you move deeper into the waterworks. It gives context before Baopingkou.

Tip:It is easy to miss if you hurry toward the river.
2

Look for the Li Bing stone statue

The Li Bing stone statue is the main historical object here. Use it to connect the legend and the engineering story with a real historical figure.

Tip:This is more useful than simply photographing the building.
3

Use the terrace for Baopingkou

From the higher parts of the temple, look toward Baopingkou and the channel below. Then continue to Feishayan and Yuzui if you are doing the full route.

Tip:This is a practical orientation point.
Highlights
  • Early historical stop in the Lidui Park route
  • Li Bing stone statue and water-control context
  • View toward Baopingkou from the temple area
  • Good short stop before the larger scenic-area walk
Insider Tips

Do not buy a separate ticket; Fulong Temple is inside the Dujiangyan Scenic Area ticket.

Use the temple as context before seeing Baopingkou.

Keep stairs and terraces in mind if visiting with older travelers.

Pair it with Lidui Park rather than treating it as a stand-alone site.
