Arrive in the afternoon
After 4 pm is more comfortable because the sun is weaker, and the light is better for sand textures and sunset. Midday can be harsh, with limited shade on the beach.

Bailang Beach is in the Jiangshan Peninsula direction and is some distance from Fangchenggang North Railway Station and the city center. Self-drive, taxi, or chartered car is easiest. If you also plan Strange Stones Beach or other Jiangshan Peninsula stops, having a car is much more convenient.
Tip:A car makes the coastal route easier because nearby sights are spread out.
