Plan around the 10:00-19:30 opening window, with last entry at 19:00; arrive earlier in the afternoon if you want both daylight and night views.
Tip:Do not arrive close to last entry, or you may only have time to photograph the exterior rather than reach the viewing floors.

Go straight to the top viewing level
Take the lift to the 16th-floor observation deck first for views over the Yellow River, bridges, and the city skyline.
Tip:Starting with the widest view prevents the observation deck from being missed if lower-floor visits take longer than expected.

Visit the building from the top down
Work down through the Yellow River culture, city-history, and exhibition spaces before leaving from the ground floor.
Tip:This order is easier than climbing floor by floor and keeps indoor exhibits available after sunset or in strong wind.

Photograph the exterior after leaving
Use the central axis in front of the building or the riverside for exterior views, then continue to dinner or another night-view stop.
Tip:Heavy rain, flood-control measures, or strong wind can lead to temporary operating changes, so do not make this the only evening plan.
