Keep it separate from a hard terrace day
Longsheng Hot Spring is not in the same area as Longji Rice Terraces. It works better on a transfer day, rainy day, or separate half-day rest stop.
Tip:Do not squeeze it into the same day as a hard Jinkeng Dazhai hike.

Check ticket and hotel access
The adult hot spring ticket is CNY 100. Opening hours are 07:00-23:00, with ticket sales and entry stopping at 22:00.

Plan the transfer time
Driving from Guilin to the hot spring takes about 2 hours. By public transport, go first to Longsheng County, then change to a bus toward the hot spring.
Tip:The hot spring is more than 30 km from Longsheng County and also requires a drive from the Longji terrace areas.

Soak slowly
A 3-5 hour visit feels comfortable. Do not start with the hottest pool immediately. Begin with a lower-temperature pool, drink water, rest, then move between pools.

If you want to stay overnight, choose a hotel inside or near the hot spring resort area. Facilities vary a lot, so do not rely only on the words hot spring hotel.
