Treat Liangjiahe as a Yanchuan-direction day route

Liangjiahe is far from central Yan'an, so it works better as a half-day to full-day suburban trip.

Tip:Do not squeeze it into a short city former-site route, or the travel time will take away from the actual visit.

Start at the reception service center

Liangjiahe itself is free to visit, but same-day rules may include reservation, ID checks, and scenic shuttle arrangements.

Tip:After arrival, confirm the route, vehicle arrangement, and return plan at the reception service center before entering the village.

Follow the village route through the core sites

Key stops include the village history museum, former educated-youth residences, the educated-youth well, the iron workshop, and the biogas-pit site.

Tip:Follow the scenic-area route instead of stopping at only one residence for photos; otherwise it is hard to see the full change from educated-youth memory to the village's later development.

Avoid repeated backtracking between viewpoints and residences

The site is not overly complicated, but village roads, slopes, and shuttle routes affect efficiency.

Tip:If possible, see the higher or farther viewpoint areas first, then return to the core village and residence area.

✦Do not depend entirely on food inside the scenic area; Wen'anyi town or the return route may give you more flexibility.

✦If you also plan Qiankun Bay on the same day, keep Liangjiahe focused so the later drive does not become rushed.
