Plan at a glance

Drive-through tiger area and separate panda house

Jilin Siberian Tiger Park is in Changchun’s Jingyue area. Its navigation address is No. 10500 Changqing Highway. Inside, visitors can choose the walking areas, a safari shuttle through the tiger zone, and the separate panda house. Check the day’s shuttle operation and ticket terms before choosing the vehicle experience.

The tiger park and Changchun Movie Wonderland across the road have separate entrances, prices, and opening hours. The tiger park is within the Jingyuetan forest landscape area but requires its own ticket. Confirm the connecting route and ticket checks for both parks on the day.

Allow half a day and plan by season

For a first visit, allow 3–4 hours. Check the map, safari shuttle schedule, and showtimes after entering, then decide whether to add the panda house. Hours and animal displays may change with the season and weather; if arriving in the afternoon, prioritize the shuttle or panda house if they stop selling tickets earlier.

Choose your visit

Choose the safari shuttle or walking areas

The safari shuttle enters a designated drive-through area and may have a separate ticket check. Before boarding, note its stop, departure schedule, and fee. Stay inside the vehicle and follow the rules for windows, feeding, and photography.

If the shuttle is suspended, use the map to choose open walking areas. If service resumes, follow the current timetable and ticket terms.

Add the panda house according to your ticket

If you want to see the pandas, first check whether the panda house is open and what the single-attraction and combination tickets include.

Choose shows from the day’s program

The circus and bird shows follow the day’s program and may be affected by the season, weather, or maintenance. Fit their times around the safari shuttle and panda house last entries, and check whether each activity is suitable for children.

For an animal-and-garden visit with a separate day and night programme, see Changchun Zoological and Botanical Park.

For a separate lakeside and forest visit with its own park gates and ticket, see Jingyuetan National Forest Park.

Build your day

A 3–4-hour route focused on the safari shuttle

Enter through the tiger park’s Main Gate. Check departures and the queue at the shuttle stop, then visit nearby open areas. Use the time remaining for the panda house if its last-entry time allows. If the shuttle is suspended or the queue is too long, switch to open walking areas.

A 3–4-hour panda and walking route

Check whether the panda house requires a separate ticket, how many ticket checks are needed, and its last entry time. Then choose open areas from the map and check the show schedule. Panda activity depends on the animals’ condition and care arrangements; feeding times are not fixed, and a particular panda may not be visible.

Visit Jingyuetan on a separate day or allow transfer time

If visiting Jingyuetan on the same day, calculate travel time between the two parks using their separate opening and ticket-check schedules. Confirm each entrance, ticket, and connecting route. If time is short, visit them on separate days.

Get there

Rail Transit Lines 3 or 6

Take Changchun Rail Transit Line 3 or Line 6 to Changying Shiji Cheng Station (长影世纪城站), then navigate to the tiger park’s Main Gate. Published directions show a walk of about 600 m; follow the day’s exit signs and the gate named on your ticket for the actual route.

Bus to Changying Shiji Cheng Station

Buses 102, G102, and T68 serve Changying Shiji Cheng Station; continue on foot to the tiger park’s Main Gate. Routes, stop names, and directions may change, so check a live map before boarding.

Driving and the Jingyuetan entrance

For driving, navigate to the tiger park’s Main Gate or a car park designated by the park. Check parking hours and fees before setting out; holiday shuttles apply only on the dates in the announcement. If coming from Jingyuetan, confirm the connecting path and ticket checks; Jingyuetan admission is sold separately.

Know before you go

Check the park ticket, panda house, and safari separately

Current ticket listings show adult admission at around CNY 60 and the panda house at around CNY 40. A CNY 90 summer combination ticket was announced in April 2026. Concessions depend on age, height, ID, and ticket type; free admission to the park does not include other activities. Review the price, ticket exchange, and safari shuttle fee for your date before buying.

Seasonal hours and ticket cut-off

Current general hours are listed at around 08:10–17:00, with ticket sales ending at 15:30. A winter schedule beginning in mid-October is also listed. Check the park’s current notice during the seasonal changeover. Summer hours to 18:30 and animals returning to their enclosures after 18:00 applied only to temporary arrangements.

Temporary closures and reopening by area

The park temporarily closed on July 12, 2026, after heavy rain and reopened on July 15. The safari shuttle was also suspended for construction in April. Weather, maintenance, or animal care may affect operations, so consult the park’s notice on your visit day.

Animal welfare and visitor boundaries

Do not bring your own food to feed the animals. If the park offers designated feed or an animal experience area, follow staff instructions. In the safari area, follow the driver and animal-care staff, and obey rules about barriers, windows, and photography. Check the dates and rules in the park’s notice for zodiac-related free admission, tiger-feeding times, or fixed show schedules.
