Plan at a glance
A hot spring and water-park visit that takes half a day
Yulong Hot Spring is in Yangjia Village, Shuangyang District. The Jilin Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism lists an adult water village, a children’s water village, a wave pool, and a rainbow slide. The listed opening hours are 09:00–17:00; check which activities are open that day before planning to swim or soak.
Choose between water activities and hot spring pools
Families should ask whether the children’s water village and swimming pool are open and which activities a child can use. Other visitors can plan time for pools, the sauna, and rest. Check height and supervision rules for each attraction; family-oriented hot spring marketing does not mean every activity is suitable for very young children.

Choose your visit
Check the adult and children’s water areas separately
The Jilin Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism lists adult and children’s water villages, a wave pool, and a rainbow slide. Follow the opening and height-limit signs at each entrance. Do not cross barriers or assume one ticket covers every facility.
Keep pools and sauna as alternatives
Published information lists themed pools and a sauna. The number of pools open, area arrangements, and what is included in a ticket depend on the day’s notice and your ticket. A facility list does not mean everything is open at the same time.
Read ticket conditions before buying
Current local listings include adult and child tickets, water-park combinations, five-visit cards, and overnight tickets for two. When ordering, check the date, areas covered, number of visits, reservation and cancellation terms. Public information does not specify how long the multi-visit card is valid or whether it is restricted to the named holder.
Admission for children and ride eligibility are separate
Current ticket information lists free admission for children under 1.2 m and a CNY 50 ticket for children from 1.2 m up to but not including 1.4 m. Discount tickets may need to be purchased at the counter, and rules can change that day. The ticket’s height bands do not replace separate height limits or supervision rules for slides and the wave pool.
For a separate hotel-linked hot-spring option, see Guoxin Nanshan Hot Spring.
Build your day
Check open areas when you arrive
Enter through the resort’s main gate and follow signs to the changing rooms and water areas. Ask staff which water villages, pools, sauna, and dining areas are open that day. Validate online tickets according to the order instructions. The wave pool’s availability and session times follow the day’s notice.
A three- to four-hour water-park route
After changing, start in a water area that your child is eligible to use, then try the wave pool or slides that are open that day. Leave time to shower and change. Check whether the wave pool is open and its session times when you arrive, then arrange the other activities around it.
A five- to six-hour hot spring and rest route
If you plan to stay for 5–6 hours, start with a water village or pool that is open that day, then schedule hot spring pools, a meal, and a break. Finish with the sauna or another soak depending on what is open. For water activities, allow time to rinse off, change, and leave; do not wait until closing time to leave the water area.
Follow the resort’s dining rules
The Jilin Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism mentions an A2 restaurant and private rooms; hours for day visitors depend on the day’s arrangements. Ask staff where outside food may be brought and eaten.
Get there
Navigate by the full attraction name
Search for “御龙温泉度假村” or “御龙温泉” and check that the map destination is 3.8 km along Longshuang Highway in Shuangyang District, Changchun. The Jilin Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism also describes the location as Yangjia Village, Pinghu Subdistrict Office, about 37 km from Changchun city. Navigate to the attraction’s main-gate map pin rather than using a similarly named place in the city or the rural road mileage alone.
Confirm bus stops and the return trip
The Jilin tourism route lists T377, and the provincial transport department has previously reported a direct tourist shuttle to Yulong Hot Spring. Current stops, departure times, last service, and return connections need to be confirmed. Before leaving, check live transit information or call 0431-84777777 to confirm the drop-off point and return time. If you cannot confirm them, arrange a car or reliable transfer.
Driving and parking
Driving time varies by starting point and road conditions. One listing describes free parking at the entrance, with about 300 spaces; treat this as a reference. Confirm holiday availability, fees, and the parking entrance that day. After navigating to the map pin, follow signs for the resort entrance and parking.
Know before you go
Opening hours and last entry
The resort’s published opening hours are 09:00–17:00. Confirm last entry, when water activities stop, and the departure time when you arrive. Use that day’s notice to plan time for rinsing and changing; closing arrangements do not extend the time available for water activities.
Confirm prices and discounts by package
Ticket, annual-pass, and package rules vary by date and product; check the actual price before buying. Online products may differ by group size, ticketed area, and number of visits. Check the date, child eligibility, included areas, and multi-visit card validity. Ask the ticket counter if anything is unclear.
Water safety and comfort
Ticket height bands do not replace ride height limits or supervision rules. Adults should supervise children and follow signs at the wave pool, slides, and water villages. Pool temperature, water condition, and suitability of the sauna are not guaranteed by online reviews. If you feel unwell in a water area, leave and ask staff for help. Hot springs and mineral content are not promises of treatment or health benefits.
Phone and day-of checklist
Map and ticket listings show 0431-84777777 for ticket questions. Before setting out, ask about ticket limits, child height requirements, wave-pool sessions, outside food, opening hours, and T377 or shuttle stops and last departures. Follow the day’s facility notices and your ticket terms.
