Dandong Tianmu Junlan Hot Springs is in Dongtang Town, Fengcheng. Search for Fengcheng Dongtang Tianmu Junlan Hot Spring Resort Hotel (凤城东汤天沐君澜温泉度假酒店). Facilities include an indoor pool, children's water-play area, outdoor pools, herbal bath, rest areas and some entertainment facilities. Day-ticket access and hotel check-in eligibility must be confirmed separately. The hotel booking page currently lists a document-type restriction; visitors with foreign passports should not plan an overnight stay until the hotel has confirmed their eligibility directly.
Weekday reference prices for a hot-spring-only ticket are CNY 99, and weekend tickets are CNY 119. Ctrip's attraction page lists hours of 08:30–21:00 from April 30 to October 31 and 08:30–20:30 from November 1 to April 29 of the following year; entry ends at 20:00 in both periods. At the time checked, the page listed free day tickets for children under 1.2 metres. Confirm the ticket type and eligibility, and supervise children according to the ticket terms and on-site rules.
Day visit and overnight stay
Allow about 2–3 hours for a daytime soak. Room rates, breakfast, hot-spring tickets, check-in eligibility and late check-out benefits vary by room type and should be checked against the reservation. An overnight plan is suitable only for guests whose hotel check-in eligibility has been confirmed.

Indoor and outdoor pools
The indoor area has a swimming pool and children's water-play area. Outside, visitors can choose from pools at different temperatures, as well as a herbal bath.
Children's areas and places to rest
Families can use the children's splash area and indoor play structure. Other facilities include a sauna room, rest hall, billiards and table tennis. Check pool-area signs and staff guidance for age or height limits and whether children may use each facility on their own.

A 2–3-hour daytime soak
After entering the hot-spring area, start at the indoor pool and water-play area, then move to the outdoor pools. Choose warmer pools gradually, and visit the herbal bath if it is open. Allow about 2–3 hours for a hot-spring-only visit; the pool combination depends on the areas operating that day.
Two visits during a stay, after check-in eligibility is confirmed
Only consider this plan after the hotel confirms that your documents are accepted for check-in: soak on the first afternoon, have dinner in Dongtang Town, then return for a second soak the next morning before travelling onward. Check breakfast, hot-spring access, check-out time and re-entry benefits against the specific room package before booking. If the hotel cannot accept your identification documents, do not book an overnight stay. Consider a day visit only after the hot-spring operator separately confirms that your passport is accepted for day-ticket admission.
Get there
Driving or transferring from Fengcheng East Station
Driving takes about one hour from central Dandong and about 2.5 hours from Shenyang. Navigate to the hotel by name; parking is free. If you are visiting after Fenghuang Mountain, check the transfer time and make sure the hot springs will still be open when you arrive.
After taking a high-speed train to Fengcheng East Station, you can use a taxi or public transport to Dongtang Town. The station is some distance from the town. Before leaving, check the actual driving route, taxi estimate and public-transport timetable. In Dongtang Town, arrange the final leg and return trip based on your hotel's location.

Confirm day-ticket and hotel eligibility separately
Ctrip's hotel booking page, checked on October 11, 2026, currently lists eligible guests as holders of a valid resident identity card issued in mainland China. This is the hotel's check-in policy and does not determine eligibility for a hot-spring day ticket. Ask the hot-spring operator separately whether foreign passport holders can use day tickets.
Rooms in the main building and apartments in nearby residential buildings are different accommodation products. Check breakfast, hot-spring access, extra entries and check-out benefits for the room you book.
Some packages allow extended use after check-out or re-entry. For example, an early check-out may allow a longer soak, while a late check-out may not include another entry to the pools. Terms vary by room type. Before paying, review and save the booking details for hot-spring access and check-out.
Pool temperatures, weather and food
The 78°C figure is the spring-source temperature; use the current display for pool temperatures. Outdoor snow scenery depends on the weather and which facilities are open. If an outdoor pool is closed, use an indoor area that is open.
