Lvli Ancient Town is in Weitun Town, Binhu New District, Hengshui. Entry to the old-town street is free. Sun Jing Academy is a separate paid venue and the main place for hanfu (汉服, traditional Han Chinese clothing) and craft activities. The reference adult ticket is about CNY 30; children under 1.2 meters enter free. Check at purchase whether a hanfu experience or a craft activity is included in the package.

Sun Jing Academy: culture and hands-on activities
Sun Jing Academy offers traditional Chinese culture and etiquette activities, along with hands-on experiences. Common crafts include making sachets and printing with movable type. If you want to try hanfu, check the changing times, available crafts and package details when you buy a ticket.
Old-town scenery for families and photos
The prayer corridor, riverside stone bridge and wooden gatehouse are the main photo spots. You do not need an academy ticket to enter the street area.
The town focuses on cultural activities and photography, and suits families and visitors interested in hanfu. What is available depends on which areas are open.

Short route: explore the free street
Enter the free street area and start with the traditional-style gate tower and streets. Allow about 1–2 hours. If you add a hanfu experience or craft activity at Sun Jing Academy, check that day's opening hours and package details first, and allow extra time for the activity. Then return to the street or entrance.
Longer route: activities in the morning, a relaxed walk later
Allow 3–4 hours. Start with the academy's hanfu and craft activities in the morning, leave for lunch nearby or in the city, then return to stroll and take photos in the free street area. If a Han-style ceremony or demonstration is open to individual visitors that day, you can add it in the afternoon. If it is reserved for a group or the schedule changes, finish with a walk through the streets.

Navigate to the entrance in Weitun Town
Drive to “Lvli Ancient Town” (闾里古镇) and follow the entrance signs; parking is free. A taxi from central Hengshui or Hengshui North Railway Station (衡水北站) takes about 30–40 minutes. Current information is not sufficient to provide a reliable bus route.
Walk through the town and return to the entrance
Use the open paths to walk between the free street, academy, corridor, stone bridge and gatehouse. After your visit, return to the entrance and parking area.

Check activity packages and performances
Entry to the old-town street is free, while Sun Jing Academy requires a separate ticket. Check the purchase page for that day's details on whether academy admission includes a hanfu experience, craft activities or other options. Han-style ceremonies and demonstrations are often arranged for educational tour groups, so individual visitors should not count on a regular performance time.
Food and the separate lake transfer
Dining options near the town are limited. Bring drinking water and snacks, or leave around midday for a meal nearby. Fish meals and Jizhou menbing (冀州焖饼) are options in the area.
Hengshui Lake's cruise pier is a separate destination. Arrange road transport to it separately; do not assume the town and pier share parking or a walking route.
