Qingjiang Gallery is in Longzhouping Town, Changyang Tujia Autonomous County. From central Yichang, include the long road journey, the visitor-center meeting time, and the boat departure in the same day plan. The unified entrance is Qingjiang Gallery Visitor Center; after arrival, walk or take the electric cart to the pier rather than treating a pier name as the attraction entrance.
Full admission plus boat is about CNY 145, including about CNY 90 admission and CNY 55 boat fare. Visitors exempt from the admission ticket may still pay the boat fare. Opening hours are about 08:00–17:30, with entry before 16:30; some routes may be shortened after 15:30. Prices and boat departures follow the day's arrangement.
Choose Line A or Line B first
Line A takes about 4–5 hours and is mainly by boat, making it suitable for families and visitors who want less walking. Line B adds about 2 km of Reflection Gorge walkway, making it better for walking and photography. Current visitor routes do not include Xianrenzhai or Xianrendong; check the day's announcement for any reopening. Choose the line according to the open route and water level.

Reflection Gorge
Reflection Gorge is the core water landscape, with karst peaks, the Qingjiang surface, and boat-level views. Line A is mainly a boat view, while Line B brings part of the gorge onto a walking path, creating a different sequence of viewpoints. Choose according to energy and photography preference.
Wuluo Zhongli Mountain
Wuluo Zhongli Mountain is a common Line A landing stop and provides a higher view over the Qingjiang. The stop adds walking and slopes, so visitors with older adults or children should decide whether to climb according to the day's route and their energy. Line A includes the landing stop; it is not an all-day boat-only route.
The Line B walking section
Line B enters the roughly 2 km Reflection Gorge walkway from Tujia Street and has viewpoints along the path for photographing the gorge and water. Current visitor routes do not include Xianrenzhai or Xianrendong; check the day's announcement for any reopening. Later stops follow the day's boat and scenic-area notice.

Line A – Shengjing You (圣境游)
From the visitor center, go to the Tujia Wind-and-Rain Corridor Bridge and then to the pier. View Reflection Gorge from the boat, land at Wuluo Zhongli Mountain, complete the mountain stop, and take the boat back. The route takes about 4–5 hours; include pier queues and boarding and disembarkation in the day.
Line B – Yinghua You (影画游)
Go from the visitor center to Tujia Street, walk the roughly 2 km Reflection Gorge path, and then use the open route to reach the separate pier for the boat. Combine the trip with Pingluo Lake sightseeing before returning. When Xianrenzhai and Xianrendong are closed, do not enter the corresponding stops; whether Line B is open and which pier serves the return depends on the day's route.
Visitor center to the pier
The visitor center is about 1 km from the pier. The electric cart costs about CNY 10, or you can walk for about 15 minutes. After ticketing and queuing, go to the assigned pier as directed. The VIP viewpoint, at about CNY 30, is an optional expense rather than a requirement for boarding.
Get there
Driving
Navigate to “Qingjiang Gallery Visitor Center,” which has a large parking lot. Driving makes it easier to control the time between Changyang County and the attraction, but parking, roads, and the return window follow the day's traffic. After parking at the visitor center, complete the walk or electric-cart transfer to the pier.
Public transport
Take a coach from Yichang Coach Terminal to Changyang County, then transfer to a tourism shuttle or taxi for the visitor center. Public transport involves at least two connections, so do not estimate the day from the Yichang–Changyang ride alone. Arrange the return vehicle from the county or visitor center to Yichang in advance.
Know before you go
Boats and open routes
Lines A and B, stops, and boat departures can change with season, water level, and visitor volume. After 15:30, a route may be shortened; this is not a year-round fixed rule. Current visitor routes do not include Xianrenzhai or Xianrendong; check the day's announcement for any reopening. Views on the left and right sides change with the sailing direction, so neither side is always best.
Queues, walking, and weather
Line A has a long boat segment, and holiday queues at the pier may be substantially longer. Line B includes about 2 km of walkway, where rain and riverside surfaces can be slippery. The visitor center–pier connection takes about 15 minutes on foot or can use the electric cart; choose according to the day's energy and queue.
Food and extra spending
Food on the island may cost more than in Changyang County, so bring water and simple food as needed. The specific restaurant depends on the day. The VIP viewpoint, seat upgrades, and onboard local-product sales are optional; confirm admission, boat, electric-cart, and extra-service charges separately.
