How to Visit
1

Begin at Daliang Zhonglou Station or from Qinghui Garden

Walk about 200 metres from Exit E, or arrive from Qinghui Garden's south gate. Street access is free.

Tip:This is an open arcade district, not a single-gate attraction with one schedule.
2

Walk the main arcade street toward Huagai Lane and Jinbang Shangjie

See the arcades, then choose dessert shops, fish-skin stops and side lanes; continue near Huagai Mountain Boardwalk if time allows.

Tip:Queues often take longer than walking, so choose a few priority food stops first.
3

Plan food, boardwalk walking and evening time separately

Use daylight for arcades and the boardwalk, then continue with food or nearby shops that remain open.

Tip:Free street access does not make food, parking or every activity free or available at all times.
Highlights
  • Arcades preserve the street scale of old Daliang.
  • The main street and Huagai Lane combine historic architecture and local food.
  • It follows naturally after Qinghui Garden.
  • Huagai Mountain Boardwalk adds an elevated walking option.
Insider Tips

Do not treat shop and stall hours as a unified district schedule.

Weekend queues are long; arrive before meal times or choose less crowded shops.

Stone paving and boardwalk paths suit flat shoes.

Metro or outer-area parking followed by walking is more reliable than driving into narrow lanes.
