Enter from Qiandeng Lake Station or a level lakeside entrance
From Qiandeng Lake Station on the Guangfo Line, walk or cycle to the park. Citizen Square is a practical south-side starting point, while the north-side entrance suits visitors who want to begin at the bald cypress boardwalk and lawns. The park is an open public space with no admission fee.
Tip:This is not a single-gate attraction. Different entrances create different walking starts, and visitors with pushchairs, wheelchairs or limited mobility should use the flatter routes at Citizen Square or the north side.

Follow one continuous lakeside route
Start from Citizen Square, Seven-Arch Bridge and the lakeside paths, or enter from the north and link the bald cypress boardwalk, Living Water Park lawn, Kuixing Pavilion and red-and-white lighthouse before continuing to Citizen Square. First-time visitors should allow 2-3 hours.
Tip:The lake area is larger than any single viewpoint. Choosing one entrance and walking toward the other side reduces backtracking; there is no need to circle the whole lake just to reach every photo stop.

Treat evening activities as optional additions rather than a unified park service
For sunset, pause at Kuixing Pavilion or along the lake. If building light shows, music-camp activities, markets or other events are operating at night, continue toward Citizen Square and nearby commercial areas.
Tip:Free park access does not mean light shows, performances, camping, food or parking are free or available every day. Weather, event schedules and venue operations can all change the evening experience, so keep a lakeside walk or meal as an alternative.
