Baimai Spring is now part of Qingzhao Quancheng–Mingshui Ancient City. The former Baimai Spring Park and Li Qingzhao Former Residence are visited from inside the ancient city. Use Mingshui Ancient City Visitor Centre West Gate as the navigation target. Adult admission is listed at CNY 98; a CNY 99 package with gifts at the P7 car park follows the promotion available that day.
Hours and time needed
The ancient city is open all day, but shops, performances, and internal sights have separate hours; the central water area clears at about 21:30. Allow 3–4 hours for the spring and old-town route. If you want the fountain show and drone performance, arrive after 18:30 and plan the evening separately.

Baimai Spring, Mo Spring, and Plum Blossom Spring
Mo Spring has dark water and a strong flow, Plum Blossom Spring has five outlets that can rise together, and bubbles are visible across the Baimai Spring pool. These are the main stops for spring enthusiasts and photographers. Longquan Temple’s red walls, Meng Family Courtyard, cloth workshop, and iron workshop add historic buildings and intangible-culture activities.
Li Qingzhao Former Residence and night shows
Li Qingzhao Former Residence suits visitors interested in the poet and Zhangqiu culture. The evening fountain show and drone performance suit visitors who want to stay into the night. Times and content are dynamic; each evening’s programme applies only to that date, so confirm the schedule.

3–4-hour daytime route
Enter through the west gate, cross the bridge, and visit Meng Hongsheng Cloth Workshop, Meng Family Courtyard, Plum Blossom Spring, Li Qingzhao Former Residence, Baimai Spring, and Mo Spring in order before returning to the west gate. The springs and buildings are connected mainly by footpaths, so choose where to linger according to your interests.
Evening route after 18:30
After entering in the evening, go first toward the central water area for blue-hour photos of the old town and springs. Then use the day’s schedule for the 19:30 or 20:30 fountain show and drone performance. Popular shows need a viewing position about 1 hour early; leave the central water area before 21:30.

Arrival and local transport
Drivers can navigate to Mingshui Ancient City P7 car park or park at Zhangqiu District People’s Hospital, listed at CNY 2 per hour, about a 5-minute walk from the west gate. From Zhangqiu High-Speed Railway Station, a taxi takes about 15 minutes.
Entry is through Mingshui Ancient City Visitor Centre West Gate; the former south gate of Baimai Spring Park is not an independent entrance. Buy through the Qingzhao Quancheng mini-program or a travel platform QR code, and treat ticket types and gifts as date-specific.

Practical considerations
Ticket prices, package gifts, fountain shows, and drone performances are all date-specific; confirm the current programme before travelling. Evening performances draw crowds, so choose a position early and allow time to walk back for your return journey.
Food inside the ancient city may be expensive. Breakfast and snacks can be arranged at Fuqian Street’s morning market or near Zhangqiu District People’s Hospital. Walking distances are long, so families should bring water and light snacks and take care beside the springs.
