Plan at a glance

Location and views

Springs City Eye is on the 46th floor of Pearl International Business Port at 88 Jingsan Road in Shizhong District, about 188 metres above the ground. It gives a 360-degree view over Jinan’s old city, Qianfo Mountain, Daming Lake, and the CBD. After entering the building, go to the 45th floor and walk up one flight to the 46th-floor deck; allow 30–45 minutes for a short visit or 1–1.5 hours for sunset and night views.

Tickets and opening hours

A single ticket is CNY 19.9 and a double ticket is CNY 29.9. Hours are 11:00–21:00 Monday–Thursday and 11:00–22:00 Friday–Sunday, with last entry usually 15 minutes before closing. Holiday and platform prices may change, so check the e-ticket before travelling; 18:00–20:00 is the most useful time for sunset and city lights.

Choose your visit

Sunset, night views, and the city panorama

On a clear evening, one short visit can include sunset and the city after dark. Qianfo Mountain, Daming Lake, and the surrounding buildings form the main view. Rain or haze reduces visibility, and strong wind can make the deck feel cold, so weather has a direct effect on the experience.

Red stairs and rooftop viewpoints

The red staircase between the 45th and 46th floors, the helipad panorama, and the red rooftop are the main photo points. Blue hour works well for the staircase and city lights, while sunset backlight suits the skyline. Treat the deck as a short city-rooftop stop within a half-day plan.

Build your day

30–45-minute quick route

Enter Pearl International Business Port, take the lift to the 45th floor, and climb one flight to the 46th floor. Photograph the red stairs and deck first, then spend time at the main viewpoints before leaving. If the day’s visibility is poor for sunset, it is reasonable to shorten the visit.

1–1.5-hour sunset and night route

Arrive before sunset, watch the sky from the 46th-floor deck, then move to the red staircase and city-light viewpoints before photographing the old-city direction after dark. The deck is windy, so hold phones and cameras securely; visitors with a fear of heights can stay away from the railing and use inner-side viewpoints.

Get there

Arrival and local transport

Take Jinan Metro Line 2 to Daguanyuan Station, Exit A, and walk about 700 metres. Jinan Station is about a 10-minute walk north. Buses K59 and K95, or Route 2, stop at Jingsan Weisan and connect on foot.

Traffic around the building is busy and parking is limited. Check the underground car park at Ouyada Guanyuan; the reference price is about CNY 3 per hour. After entering the building, follow the 45th-floor and one-flight-up route, and open the ticket QR code before the signal becomes weak.

Practical considerations

The deck is windy, so bring a light jacket and avoid high heels or slippers. Rain and haze can reduce the view, and city lights may look less effective in poor conditions; clear evenings are the safer choice.

The final floor requires stairs, so older visitors and anyone with limited mobility should assess the route in advance. Springs City Eye can be combined on foot with the Old Commercial Port and Daguanyuan; food and parking are separate costs.
