Two entrances and the park layout
Jingzhou Fantawild Oriental Heritage is at 1 Fantawild Road in the Jinan Ecological and Cultural Tourism Area. The East Gate near Area A parking is the main entrance; the South Gate near Area B parking is the secondary entrance. Both lead toward Festival Square. The park is large, with long walks between attractions, so match the parking area to the entrance you plan to use.
Tickets and day-of operations
An adult all-day ticket is about CNY 280. Children 1.1–1.4 metres tall and eligible seniors can buy concession tickets, while eligible children under 1.1 metres enter free under the day’s rules. Night products, from about CNY 140 in summer, are sold separately by date. Opening hours vary substantially with the date and night programme; use the Fantawild Travel app or official channels for the day’s information.

“Chu Music” and “Qu Yuan”
“Chu Music” focuses on Chu dance, music, and bronze-bell performance, while “Qu Yuan” uses projection and other stage technology to tell Qu Yuan’s story. Both are major theatre experiences. Visitors interested in Jingchu history and large-scale performances should give them priority in the day’s plan.
“Fly With You” and “Nuwa Mends the Sky”
“Fly With You” (《伴你飞翔》) is an approximately eight-minute suspended spherical-screen cinema, while “Nuwa Mends the Sky” is an indoor ride on a track. One emphasizes a smooth visual experience and the other a more active ride. The height requirement is about 1.2 metres for the first and 1.1 metres for the second, so check children’s heights before crossing the park for a ride.
Zone-based rides and photo spots
“Nine Provinces Charm” (《九州神韵》), “Boonie Bears Theatre,” “The Burning of Red Cliffs,” and “Colorful China” are in different areas. Use the park map to reduce repeated walks from one end of the park to the other. The theatre exteriors, Shenzhou Tower, Festival Square, and Phoenix Stage are useful photo stops; the night effect depends on the day’s lights and performances.
Build your day
A 6–8 hour highlights route
Open the Fantawild Travel app after entry and take a virtual queue number for “Qu Yuan” or “Chu Music.” Then go to the Myth and Legend area and choose “Nuwa Mends the Sky” and “Fly With You” according to the height rules. Return to Festival Square or the relevant theatre in the afternoon for reserved sessions and eat around the square in the evening. Fireworks and drone shows depend on the day’s app schedule.
A one-day zone route
Spend the morning in Areas A and B with attractions such as “Nine Provinces Charm” and “Boonie Bears Theatre.” Adjust your movement around the theatre numbers at midday. Use the afternoon for “Qu Yuan” and “Chu Music,” then continue to Areas D and E for “The Burning of Red Cliffs” and “Colorful China.” Leave according to the evening schedule.
Moving through the park
Handle the virtual queue first, then move by zone to reduce cross-park walking. If the budget allows, ask about the two-person mobility cart, about CNY 1,000 per day; the small train is charged separately. The cart is an extra purchase, and whether it is worthwhile depends on group size, budget, and walking ability. Comfortable shoes are still useful for most visitors.

Railway station and driving
A taxi from Jingzhou Railway Station to Fantawild takes about 15–20 minutes and costs about CNY 20. Drivers can navigate to 1 Fantawild Road. Parking costs about CNY 20 per day within 24 hours; Area A parking zone 9 is relatively close to the main East Gate.
Areas A and B and the return trip
Area A parking serves the main East Gate, while the secondary South Gate is near Area B parking. After parking, follow the day’s open entrances and the park map. When the night programme ends, use the app and on-site directions to find a taxi, ride-hailing car, or your vehicle; fireworks can affect the crowds leaving the park.
Know before you go
Heights, virtual queues, and waiting
After entering, take virtual queue numbers for “Qu Yuan” and “Chu Music” in the Fantawild Travel app; popular dates can have tighter capacity. “Nuwa Mends the Sky” is for visitors about 1.1 metres and above, and “Fly With You” about 1.2 metres and above. Holiday waits can be long, so use the app’s queue information to choose the next zone instead of walking across the park for a ride that does not meet the height requirement.
Extra costs, security, and wet weather
Mobility carts cost about CNY 1,000 per day, while the small train, food, and raincoats are extra; a raincoat is about CNY 58 and disposable raincoats are not allowed. Security checks bags, and instant noodles, self-heating pots, and other strong-smelling food cannot be brought inside. The day involves a lot of walking, so bring water and dress for the weather.
