Plan at a glance

Park scale and visit length

Fantawild Adventure is at 4888 Zhongxin Avenue in Binhai New Area. It includes outdoor roller coasters, water attractions, and several indoor themed venues. Choosing the main attractions takes about 4–5 hours; adding indoor experiences and evening activities usually takes 8–10 hours. Opening is often around 9:30–21:00, but the timetable changes with the season and events.

Ticket types and entry

An adult standard ticket is about CNY280, and a ticket for children 1.1–1.4 metres has been around CNY160. Platforms may also offer student and evening tickets. Check the official app or mini-program for the current fare, document check, child-height standard, evening start time, and fast-pass service. Review the included content of each ticket type separately. International visitors should confirm passport real-name registration, WeChat binding, and payment in advance. If online booking cannot be completed, contact official customer service first to confirm an alternative entry method.

Choose your visit

Visual and thrill rides

“Flying Over Dinosaur Island” uses a dome-screen and suspended seating for an immersive visual experience. “Fire Meteor” is a suspended roller coaster with inversions and strong acceleration. Both can have long queues, and suitability depends on each companion’s height, health, and seat requirements.

Indoor themes and water attractions

Indoor attractions such as Magic Castle, Crystal Palace Adventure, Oriental Charm, and Journey to the West Legend can fill hot or rainy periods. Their operation depends on the equipment and day’s programme. Tianjin Grand Canyon can leave visitors noticeably wet, so prepare approved rainwear and non-slip shoe covers. Water conditions, equipment, and ride status follow the day’s notice.

Build your day

A 4–5 hour short route

Check the open-attractions list and queue situation after entering. Prioritise one of Flying Over Dinosaur Island or Fire Meteor, then choose one indoor attraction and one water attraction. Use the remaining time for the castle, a show, or lighting. Companions who should avoid thrill or wet rides can use indoor venues and public photo areas instead of forcing themselves onto a ride.

An 8–10 hour full route

Handle the longer-queue outdoor rides in the morning, rest in the park around midday, and move to indoor themed attractions in the afternoon. Around dusk, choose a night parade or castle lighting according to the weather and day’s programme. Wind, thunderstorms, or low temperatures may pause outdoor rides and shows, so keep an indoor alternative and confirm the route back to the car park or public transport before closing.

Get there

Driving

Driving from central Tianjin or Beijing takes about 1.5–2 hours. Navigate to Fantawild Adventure, which has car parks such as P1 and P2. On holidays, the entrance, walking distance, and departure congestion can change; roadside stopping is not a substitute for park parking.

Public transport

Buses such as 528 and 128 reach the area near the park. From Tianjin Station, take the Jinbin Light Rail Line 9 and change to a bus; the journey can approach three hours. Visitors without a car should check the last service and return shuttle. Nearby attractions require separate transport planning.

Know before you go

Height, health, and weather

Each attraction has its own height, age, weight, cardiovascular, neck, back, and other health restrictions. Read the sign before riding. Remove earrings, glasses, and loose items and store them as required. Thunderstorms, strong wind, high temperatures, and equipment maintenance can affect operation; staff decisions take priority over a planned queue.

Extra charges and photography

Haunted houses, escape rooms, some children’s activities, and fast passes may cost extra. Confirm whether they are included in the ticket currently offered. Castle lighting and night parades follow the day’s programme. Do not block queues or passages or stop inside an operating area for photographs.

Check before buying

Confirm the current open attractions, the child-ticket height line, night-session start time, and fast-pass coverage in advance. Indoor theatres, outdoor rides, and seasonal events in the same park may use different queues or ticket checks.

Choosing alternatives

If someone in your group should avoid inversions, suspended rides, or strong water flow, agree on an indoor themed venue and rest point first. Do not ignore height, health, or weather notices simply because the queue has already reached the entrance.
