How much time to allow
With entry after 16:00, around four hours is enough for the main night route, night views and shows. If you want to change into costume, see the daytime streets and stay for evening performances, allow eight to ten hours. The main performances are concentrated at night, so a daytime-only street visit misses some of the programme.

Night street performances
All Along the Street with Shows usually starts at around 19:30. The actors move through the streets, so viewing positions change as the programme progresses. The Starlight Iron Flower Show is usually scheduled after around 21:00, mainly on weekends and public holidays. Confirm the production names and times on the day's programme.
Crossing Dehua Street and costume rental
Crossing Dehua Street is a separately ticketed large-scale production for visitors who want a complete stage show; it is not included in the standard daytime ticket. The costume centre rents qipao and changshan-style robes, with a reference price of around CNY 50 for three hours. This is optional, so decide after entry based on time and budget.
Film streets and photography
Film Avenue has neon signs, an old tram and rickshaws. The second floor of Yongan Department Store offers an elevated view of the street. Taiji Street works well for red walls and martial-arts-school buildings, while Ping'an Lane is better for night photography after the lights come on. Visitors interested in streetscapes, night views and live shows should put more of the visit after dusk.

Four-hour night route
Enter after 16:00, look around the street buildings and photo points, then check the day's programme and arrive 30–40 minutes early at the viewing area for All Along the Street with Shows and the Iron Flower Show. After the shows, walk Ping'an Lane and the rest of the town at night. Confirm your return vehicle before the crowds leave.
Eight- to ten-hour full-day route
Enter in the morning and explore Film Avenue, Taiji Street and Ping'an Lane. Use the afternoon for costume rental or Crossing Dehua Street, then return to the streets in the evening for the night programme. Daytime and night tickets cover different entry periods, so confirm that your ticket covers the time you plan to enter.
Moving between performances
All Along the Street with Shows is a moving street performance, so follow the active viewing area. The Iron Flower Show runs at a scheduled time and is watched from its designated area. Leave time between the two for walking and finding a position; they are not two performances watched from one continuous set of seats.
Get there
Driving
Navigate to Jianye Movie Town; parking is free. After parking, follow the signs between the parking area and entrance. When leaving after the night programme, confirm where the car is before returning to the performance areas.
Ride-hailing
You can arrange a ride-hailing car from central Zhengzhou, and a clearly priced ride-hailing service is also the preferred return option. Many visitors leave after the night performances, so confirm the pick-up point and that a car has accepted the trip before the programme ends.

The CNY 100 daytime ticket, night ticket of around CNY 69.9, Crossing Dehua Street packages and costume rental are separate products. The free-entry status of the Iron Flower Show, the approximate 19:30 and 21:00 times and the weekend limits all depend on the day's programme. Check the same-day schedule before buying.
Return transport and queues
Arrive 30–40 minutes early for All Along the Street with Shows and the Iron Flower Show, as popular periods can be crowded. After the night programme, prioritize a ride-hailing car and avoid accepting high-priced roadside offers.
Activities and comfort
Promotions such as a ticket discount for wearing a sailor-style shirt are valid only when the current rules still include them. Confirm eligibility and the purchase channel in the on-site or booking-page instructions. Night walking through the streets takes time, so leave room for changing clothes, photography and moving between shows.
