Location, entrances and hours
Hengqin Flower Sea Corridor runs for about 13.6 km along Qinhai North Road in the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone. Use Station 1 for the main flower displays and art spaces, Station 2 for family facilities, or Station 5 for the large lawn and sunset.
The entire corridor is free, needs no booking and is open all day. Car parking costs CNY 1 per 30 minutes; the first three hours are free before 8pm, and the 24-hour maximum is CNY 20.
How much time to allow
This works well for cycling, family time, picnics, photography and a relaxed weekend half-day. Allow around two hours for a quick visit, or four to five hours to travel from Station 1 to Station 5 with a sunset stop.

A two-hour route
Start at Station 1 for bougainvillea, roses and the station's viewing features. Continue to Station 2 for the lighthouse and red-roofed buildings, then walk a section of the seafront boardwalk.
A four- to five-hour route
Begin at Station 1 with its art exhibition hall and flower displays, then cycle to Station 3 for views combining Hengqin Second Bridge, flowers and the sea. Continue to Station 4 and Mangzhou Wetland Park, then end at Station 5 for the large lawn and sunset.
You can continue to Lisboeta Hengqin after dark for evening views and dinner.
A family route
Start at Station 2 for the children's play area and picnic space, rent a family bicycle for the greenway, then use Station 5 for sand play, kite flying and sunset. With children, choose two or three stations rather than trying to cover the full corridor.
Build your day
Move west through the stations
Station 1 is useful for the densest flower displays, art exhibition hall, viewing tower and rock-and-water landscape. Station 3 is the main place for views of Hengqin Second Bridge with the flowers and sea; Station 4 adds Mangzhou Wetland Park and its viewing platform.
Station 5 has a lawn of about 17,000 square metres and more than 50 camping pitches, making it the best final stop for a half-day route. If you plan to stay for sunset, bring food, water and rest items before arriving.
Use a separate Hengqin day
Flower Sea Corridor is better on a different day from Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, as a slower outdoor part of a multi-day Hengqin stay. If coming from the Chimelong area, focus on Stations 1, 3 and 5 instead of trying to add a long ride after a theme-park day.
Get there
Driving and parking
Drive directly to the chosen station's car park. Station 1 can fill up on weekends, so use Station 5 if you need more parking and take the park shuttle back towards the earlier stations.
Station 5 is the better choice for a longer stay because its parking is usually more available.
Bus, cycling and movement inside
Take K10 or K11 to Hengqin Passenger Terminal, or Z58 directly to the stations. A sightseeing line runs on weekends and public holidays for CNY 15 per person. You can also rent shared bikes or family bicycles; bike rental is CNY 15 per half hour.
Know before you go
Sun, flowers and supplies
There is little shade along the corridor, so bring sunscreen, a hat, water and insect repellent. Food options at the stations are mainly mobile coffee stalls and vending machines; bring food, water and a picnic mat if you plan to stay on the lawn.
Seasonal flowers vary: cotton trees and tulips are most common from February to March, flame trees from June to August, and silk floss trees from October to December. Even outside peak bloom, after 4pm is more comfortable for the seafront and photos.
Safety and restrictions
Some shoreline sections have no guardrail. Stay away from the water in high tide or stronger waves, and supervise children closely.
Do not pick flowers, fly drones, or bring pets other than guide dogs. Open flames are only allowed in designated barbecue areas.
Pacing, food and evening plans
Walking and cycling distances can feel longer than expected, so choose a small number of stations according to your energy. For weekend parking or quieter photo conditions, arrive before 8am or visit later in the afternoon.
For a full meal, use Huafa Commercial City in Hengqin. Lisboeta Hengqin is a practical follow-on stop for dinner and night views after the Station 5 sunset.
