Location, access and timing
Zhuhai Fisher Girl stands beside Xianglu Bay at 63 Qinglv Middle Road, Xiangzhou District. It is an open waterfront landmark with no gated entrance: simply walk from Qinglv Middle Road to the shore.
Entry is free, no booking is needed, and the area is open all day. Allow around 30 minutes for the statue alone, or four to five hours if you are adding it to a coastal half-day around Lovers' Road.
How it fits into a Zhuhai day
This works well for couples, families, photographers and anyone planning a waterfront walk. It is more useful as one stop in a continuous route with the Love Post Office, Xianglu Bay Beach, City Balcony, Jingshan Park and Zhuhai Opera House than as a stand-alone attraction.

A 30-minute stop
Go first to the front of the statue, then use the rocks on its right for a wider sea-facing photo. From there, walk about 10 minutes along Lovers' Road towards the Love Post Office and lighthouse before moving on.
A coastal half-day or full day
Start at the Love Post Office and lighthouse, walk to Zhuhai Fisher Girl, then spend time at Xianglu Bay Beach and City Balcony. For a longer day, begin at New Yuanming Palace, then continue to the Love Post Office, Zhuhai Fisher Girl, City Balcony and Yeli Island before finishing at Zhuhai Opera House around sunset.
Build your day
Walk from the lighthouse to City Balcony
Begin at the Love Post Office and its lighthouse, then follow Lovers' Road to Zhuhai Fisher Girl. After photos at the statue and the rocks, continue to Xianglu Bay Beach and City Balcony for a break, a meal or more sea views.
Add Jingshan Park and evening views
Visit Zhuhai Fisher Girl, Xianglu Bay Beach and City Balcony first, then enter Jingshan Park from the City Balcony side. Take the cable car or walk up for sunset views, descend by slide or on foot, and continue towards Zhuhai Opera House for the evening lights.
Get there
Bus, cycling and driving
Take bus 9 or 99 to Zhuhai Fisher Girl stop; the waterfront is immediately beside the stop. Cycling along Lovers' Road is also practical from central Zhuhai, while taxis work well if you are combining several separated stops.
Haibin Park West Gate car park is a practical self-drive option at CNY 2 per hour. City Guest Room car park is much more expensive for a long visit: CNY 10 for the first hour, then CNY 10 per hour with no daily cap.

Photos and timing
The front of the statue is usually busy. The rocks to the right and the sand behind or beside the statue give more room to frame people, the sculpture and the sea together.
Arrive around 8-9am or after 5pm for lighter crowds and softer light. Sunset is especially useful for backlit photos and silhouettes.
Sun, cycling and breaks
There is little shade along this section of coast, so bring sun protection and water even on cloudy days. If you continue to Yeli Island, shared bikes are not allowed in some areas; leave them at the designated area near the bridge and continue on foot.
City Balcony is the easiest place for a coffee, meal or indoor break. Haiyun City near the opera house also has restaurants, while Xiawan Night Market is a suitable late-night food stop if you have planned your return transport.
