Anshun Confucian Temple is free to enter and opens 09:00-17:00.
Tip:It is small, but the stone carving is excellent, and it fits well with Anshun Old Town, the Martial Temple, and Gufu Street.

Start with the entrance and Lingxing Gate
Walk from the screen wall, dismounting stele, Pan Pool, and Lingxing Gate toward the inner halls to see the full central axis.
Tip:Do not rush straight to Dacheng Hall. The stone carvings in the front section are also worth time.

Make the dragon columns at Dacheng Hall the focus
The openwork stone dragon columns in front of Dacheng Hall are the most important sight at Anshun Confucian Temple.
Tip:This is a place for close observation of carving details, not for loud or rushed photo-taking.

The temple is in central Anshun, so after the visit you can continue to the old-town streets, the Martial Temple, or Gufu Street.
