Plan at a glance
A hot-spring experience at Club Med Changbaishan Resort
Club Med Changbaishan Resort has a hot-spring center with indoor and outdoor pools and several kinds of leisure facilities. For resort guests, the hot spring can be part of their stay. If you are not staying at the resort, first confirm whether standalone hot-spring tickets are available and which facilities the product includes.
The hot-spring center has several pool areas
Club Med's summer resort information describes a hot-spring center of about 3,000 square meters with 29 pools, including a hydrotherapy pool, Chinese herbal baths and indoor and outdoor pools. Check the resort's information for your season to see which facilities are open.
Plan the day around your stay or hot-spring ticket
Resort guests can plan their visit using the benefits in their accommodation booking. Visitors coming only for the hot spring should confirm first whether the operator sells tickets, then plan transport and time at the center. If combining it with another activity, leave time to change and move around the resort.

Choose your visit
Choose between indoor and outdoor pools and leisure facilities
The hot-spring center offers indoor and outdoor pools, a hydrotherapy pool and Chinese herbal baths. If you prefer bathing outdoors, look into the open-air pool area; if you are interested in hydrotherapy or herbal baths, check those areas. If bringing children, confirm that the children's pool is open that day and ask about supervision requirements.
Winter snow bathing is seasonal
Outdoor bathing can be a winter experience, but open pools may change with the weather, maintenance and operating arrangements. Before travelling, check which outdoor areas are open, water-temperature notices and that day's entry conditions.
Treat the hot spring as a leisure activity
Follow pool notices on how long to stay, and pay attention to water temperature and the floor conditions. Choose the hot spring for its facilities and leisure experience; it is not a medical service.

Build your day
Resort guests: check your package benefits
Club Med includes indoor and outdoor hot springs in its all-inclusive resort offering, but the terms can vary by date, room type and activity. Check whether each guest needs to register, whether visits are limited, whether spa treatments cost extra and how to travel between the hotel and hot-spring center.
Visitors who are not staying at the resort: confirm ticket availability
Before travelling, contact the operator to ask whether standalone hot-spring tickets are available. If they are, confirm the operator, entrance, pool areas included, valid dates and cancellation terms. If you cannot get a clear answer, do not build the day's route around separate admission.
Allow time between skiing and your hot-spring visit
If combining skiing and bathing on the same day, first check the hot-spring entry time. Then plan when to finish skiing, return equipment, change and eat; check transport and package benefits for each activity separately.
Get there
Navigate using the resort name in your booking
Club Med lists its resort address at Changbai Mountain Luneng Resort (长白山鲁能胜地), Manjiang Town, Fusong County. Resort guests should navigate to the property named in their booking, then ask the hotel about the hot-spring center entrance and drop-off point. Visitors not staying there should first confirm that they can enter and which entrance to use.
Reserve transfers under the resort's terms
Club Med lists paid transfer options from Changbaishan Airport, Changbaishan Station (长白山站) and Changbaishan West Station (长白山西站). The listed reference times are about 40 minutes from the airport and 50 minutes from the West Station. Actual travel times and available dates depend on the confirmed booking. When arranging a car, check the pickup point, time, fare and return trip.
Check the route inside the resort too
Resort guests can ask the hotel about the hot-spring entrance and internal shuttle arrangements. Visitors coming from outside the resort should confirm that they can enter, where a vehicle can stop and how they will leave.
Know before you go
Check ticket prices and hours for your date
For your visit date, check the ticket type, who can use it, price, opening hours, reservation method and last entry. Use the product information provided by the operator for those details.
Ask what supplies and paid services are included
When booking, ask whether the product includes towels, lockers, toiletries or spa treatments, and check any deposit, children's facilities, visit limits and extra charges.
Do not look for another entrance when an area is closed
Pool areas may change because of maintenance or operating arrangements. If an outdoor pool, children's area or the hot-spring center is closed, use only facilities that remain open as directed by staff, or end your visit. Do not climb over barriers, enter through a hotel entrance not open to visitors or look for an unauthorized outdoor pool.
