An independent hot spring inside the hotel
Junlan Hot Spring is in Dongkeng Village, Wanlongshan Township, Luxi County, Pingxiang, Jiangxi. Navigate to “Wugong Mountain Junlan Resort Hotel.” The pools are inside the hotel and open to hotel guests and visitors with a separate ticket. It is a rest stop to arrange after hiking and is not included in the Wugong Mountain Scenic Area ticket.
Tickets, packages and hours
The adult hot-spring ticket is about CNY 128 and the child ticket is CNY 58 for children 1.2–1.4 metres tall. Some hotel accommodation packages may include hot-spring admission; the exact room and package terms apply. The hot spring is open about 13:30–23:00, while the rest lounge and fitness centre are open about 14:30–23:00. Pool and facility access follows the day's opening status.

Indoor and outdoor pools
The indoor 3,000-square-metre Menghuan Yaochi pool (梦幻瑶池) is a comfortable place to adjust to the water temperature. Outdoors, there are herbal-bath and yuantang pools (原汤池), along with Bagua Pool (八卦池), Coffee Pool (咖啡池) and Herbal Medicine Pool (中药池). Walking is needed between pools, and maintenance or operations may change how many are open; not every pool operates at the same time.
Family facilities
Families can look for the ball pool, water slide and fish-therapy pool, with a relatively mild temperature in the children's area. Some water-park activities may be under maintenance or paused, and the child-ticket height range may change. Use the day's child rules and open-activity list when buying tickets.
Which itinerary suits it
Junlan suits visitors who want low-intensity rest after Wugong Mountain, families spending half a day together and travellers who prefer a hotel-style break. Allow about 3–4 hours for the hot-spring visit. Walking between indoor and outdoor areas is not strenuous like mountain hiking, but busy weekends can slow the pace around the pools.
Build your day
3–4-hour adult relaxation route
After checking in or buying a ticket, change in the locker room, collect a towel and enter the hot-spring area. Start at the indoor Menghuan Yaochi pool (梦幻瑶池) to adjust to the temperature, then choose the outdoor herbal-bath and yuantang pools (原汤池) that are open. During the visit, use the second-floor lounge for tea and free fruit, or arrange a snack beside the pools.
Family route
Families with children can begin at the ball pool and water-slide area, then try the fish-therapy pool if it is open. Walking, queues and age or height limits between children's facilities all affect the timing. The water activities are not guaranteed to operate in full on every visit.
After the hot spring
After the soak, eat at the hotel's Chinese restaurant; Pingxiang-style stir-fried pork (萍乡小炒肉) is one local option. You can also visit Xiangyi Chaihu Village or Qingxi Restaurant behind or opposite the hotel. If the hot spring follows a hiking day, the drive between the Wugong Mountain Visitor Center and the hotel takes about 20 minutes, with changing, food and transport needing separate time.
Get there
Driving and parking
The drive takes about 30–40 minutes from Pingxiang city and about 20 minutes from the Wugong Mountain Visitor Center. Navigate to “Wugong Mountain Junlan Resort Hotel.” The hotel has a large car park; its parking policy follows the day's hotel arrangement.
Railway stations and city transfer
From Pingxiang North Railway Station or Pingxiang Railway Station, a taxi to the hotel is the most direct option and costs about CNY 30–40. If you plan to use public transport or a hotel shuttle, confirm the day's arrangement with the hotel before departure. If combining the hot spring with Wugong Mountain, arrange the vehicle between the foot-of-mountain Visitor Center and the hotel separately.
Know before you go
Weekends and facility status
The pools are busier on weekends and holidays, affecting both queues and space in the water. During busy seasons, some hot-spring pools may be closed, and individual children's water-park activities may be under maintenance. Check the current ticket price, opening hours, available pools and children's facilities when you arrive.
What to bring and protect your phone
Bring swimwear and a waterproof phone pouch. You need to walk between indoor and outdoor pools. Use waterproof protection when taking photos; the hotel atrium and outdoor pools can work for night scenes. 19:00–21:00 is a useful reference window for night photography, but lower crowds are not guaranteed.
Accommodation and spending
Some accommodation packages may include hot-spring admission. Check the exact room and package inclusions, any additional charges, and which pools are available before booking.
