Their appearance on a study-tour route does not mean they open to individual visitors every day. Check the day's opening arrangements before planning an indoor visit or hands-on activity.

The provincial itinerary describes winter snow and summer flowers as seasonal themes. Events are date-specific: a report on the 2026 New Year period mentions a snow street, immersive theatre, a winter parade and New Year folk activities; a notice lists a courtyard music festival and film screenings for 1–5 May 2026; an event on 16 August included intangible-heritage displays, ethnic sports and a bonfire gathering. Travel from Meihekou city
In 2023, Jilin's transport authority reported a free tourist bus from Meihekou Railway Station via People's Park, Hailong Lake and Zhibei Village, ending at Northeast Night City. The published hours at that time were 09:00–18:00. Check the current route, stops and return schedule before boarding; those historical hours are not a current timetable.
Confirm the visitor entrance and parking
The available provincial itineraries do not identify Zhibei Village's visitor entrance, drop-off point, parking entrance or parking fee. Use a current map to check the exact Zhibei Village destination and confirm where you can leave your vehicle. A general address for a nearby venue or sports facility does not identify Zhibei Village's entrance or ticket point.
